Our tags have two sides for customization:
Front Side
Typically includes:

- Character limits: Varies by tag size (we'll advise during design proof)
- Readability: Shorter text = larger, easier to read
- Essential info first: Phone number is most important
- Avoid special characters: Stick to letters, numbers, and basic punctuation
What to Include
✓ Recommended Information:
- Pet's name
- Your phone number (most important!)
- Backup phone number
- City/State (if space allows)
- Medical conditions (e.g., "Diabetic", "Deaf")
✗ Not Recommended:
- Full street address (privacy concern)
- Your full name (use initials if needed)
- "Reward" text (may encourage theft)
- Microchip number (too long, hard to read)

Can I add symbols or emojis?
We can add simple symbols like hearts (♥), paw prints (🐾), or stars (★). Let us know what you'd like, and we'll include it in your design proof!
What if I make a typo in my order?
Don't worry! The design proof is your chance to catch any errors. We won't start production until you approve the design, so you can correct any mistakes at that stage.
