🏷️ Custom Pet ID Tags
What information can I engrave on my pet's ID tag?
You can customize both sides: Front - Your pet's name, Back - Up to 4 lines (phone, address, medical info). We'll send you a design proof for approval!
How long does the engraving last?
Our deep laser engraving is permanent and fade-resistant. Made from solid brass or copper, it will never peel, scratch off, or wear away!
How long does it take to make a custom tag?
Design confirmation: 1-2 days, Production: 3-5 days after approval, Shipping: 15-30 days. See our Shipping Policy.

How long does shipping take?
USA: 15-20 days, EU: 15-25 days, Rest of World: 20-30 days (from ship date). See Shipping Policy.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Note: You may be responsible for customs duties and import taxes (not included in our prices).
Can I track my order?
Yes! You'll receive an email with tracking number and link once shipped. Tracking updates within 24-48 hours.

What is your return policy?
30-day returns for non-custom items. Custom engraved items are final sale (unless defective). See Refund Policy.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days with photos at support@buddyglee.com. We'll arrange replacement or full refund immediately!

How do I care for copper/brass tags?
Natural patina develops over time (normal!). Clean with soft cloth and mild soap. Engraving stays clear regardless of patina.
Are materials safe for pets?
Yes! Pet-safe, non-toxic materials. Copper and brass have natural antimicrobial properties and are hypoallergenic.
