Thank you for visiting and shopping at BuddyGlee Pets. We're committed to delivering your premium pet accessories safely and efficiently. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed.

Standard Items: 1-3 business days
Regular pet accessories, collars, leashes, toys, and grooming tools are processed and ready to ship within 1-3 business days.
Custom/Personalized Items (Engraved Pet ID Tags): 3-5 business days + Design Confirmation Time
⚠️ Important: Custom Product Process
- Design Confirmation Required: After you place your order, we will contact you within 1-2 business days to confirm your customization details (text, font, layout, etc.)
- Your Approval Needed: We will send you a design proof for your review and approval before production begins
- Production Time: Once you approve the design, we need 3-5 business days to create your custom item
- Quality Control: Each custom item undergoes careful quality inspection before shipping
💡 Total time for custom items = Design confirmation time + 3-5 business days production. Actual processing time may vary based on design complexity and your response time to our confirmation requests.
You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and a tracking number once your package has been shipped.
📌 Note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Processing time is separate from shipping time.
2. Shipping Destinations & Delivery Timelines
We offer international shipping to most countries worldwide. Delivery times are calculated from the date your order is shipped (not from the order date).

*European delivery applies to the following countries: United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, and other EU countries. Delivery to other European countries may fall under "Rest of World."

- Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on customs clearance and carrier performance
- Business days exclude weekends and public holidays
- Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time
- During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), delivery may take longer
- For custom items: Add 3-5 business days (plus design confirmation time) to the shipping time above
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:
- The weight and dimensions of your order
- Your shipping destination
- Selected shipping method (if applicable)
🎁 Free Shipping Promotions: We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly announced on our website and applied automatically at checkout when conditions are met.
4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For international orders outside of our warehouse regions, please note:
- Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are NOT included in our product prices or shipping costs
- We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be
- Customs policies vary widely from country to country
- Refusal to pay customs fees may result in the package being returned to us, and you may be responsible for return shipping costs

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

You can use this tracking number to check the real-time status of your delivery at any time.
💡 Tracking Tips:
- Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after shipment
- If tracking hasn't updated after 48 hours, please contact us
- Keep your tracking number for reference
- For custom items: You'll receive design confirmation before we start production, then tracking once shipped
6. Potential Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, please be aware that occasional delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- 🌧️ Inclement weather or natural disasters
- 🛃 Customs clearance procedures and inspections
- 📦 Carrier delays (especially during peak holiday seasons)
- 📍 Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided
- 🔒 Security delays at customs
- 🎉 Public holidays in origin or destination countries
- ⚠️ Force majeure events
- ✏️ Design confirmation delays for custom items (waiting for customer approval)

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before completing your order.
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Address changes may be possible if requested within 24 hours of order placement and before shipment
- Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs
- For custom items: Address changes are possible during the design confirmation phase before production begins
To update your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@buddyglee.com with your order number.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
BuddyGlee Pets is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier.
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package:
- Check with household members or neighbors who may have accepted the delivery
- Look around your delivery location (porch, mailbox, building reception, etc.)
- Contact your local post office or carrier facility with your tracking number
- Wait 24-48 hours, as sometimes packages are marked delivered prematurely
If the issue persists after taking these steps, please contact us at support@buddyglee.com with your order number and tracking information. We will do our best to assist you and work with the carrier to investigate.
🔒 Prevention Tips:
- Provide a secure delivery address where packages can be safely received
- Consider using a work address or requesting signature confirmation for high-value orders
- Track your package and plan to be available on the delivery date
9. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:
- Failed delivery attempts (recipient unavailable)
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Refusal to accept delivery
- Refusal to pay customs fees
We will contact you to arrange reshipment. Please note:
- You may be responsible for reshipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- If you choose not to have the package reshipped, a refund will be issued minus original shipping costs and any return shipping fees incurred
- For custom items: Since these are made specifically for you, refunds may not be available if the item was correctly produced according to your approved design
10. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number
- Include clear photos of the damaged packaging and items
- Keep all packaging materials for carrier inspection if needed
We'll work with the carrier and arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
💡 For custom items: If your personalized item arrives damaged, we will remake it at no charge and expedite shipping.
11. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we have the following shipping restrictions:
- P.O. Boxes: Limited availability for certain items (contact us for details)
- Military APO/FPO addresses: Please contact us for special arrangements
12. Returns & Refunds

- 30-day return window from delivery date
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Return shipping costs vary based on reason for return
- Custom/Personalized items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned (unless defective)
